*Shipping
Drifter Online offers shipping by UPS. All orders are charged a flat $7.5 for domestic, $15 for international shipping charge. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks for international shipping. In transit tracking is provided for your package.

*What countries does Drifter.com ship to?
We ship to more than 50 countries around the world. Please make sure that your country is listed. Check pull down menu on shipping information to view our country list. We may (depending upon the situation) ship to a country not on this list, so please email vivian@Drifter.com .

International Custom Duties

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

*Are packages insured?
Yes, all packages are fully insured. In case of damage or loss, you will get the full amount credited back to your credit card which was used for your original purchase.

*When will I receive my order?
For credit card purchases, if you live in the US your package will be sent out with UPS. It should get to your door step in 3-7 business days depending on the time we received your order and the state you live in. *Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax unless you reside within the state of California.
