*What is the return policy of Drifter.com?
We will gladly accept all regular priced items that were purchased by credit card and is in its original condition. Sales items are NOT refundable. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Drifter will accept returns within 20 days for customers in the United States and 30 days for customers in any other countries. The returned package MUST be postmarked within 20 or 30 days of the original date of purchase or Drifter will refuse the return. We recommend you to insure your package for unpredictable damages and losses. As soon as the item is accepted, you will be credited back the amount of the returned item to the credit card used for the original purchase. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization we have the right to refuse the package.
*What is the exchange policy of Drifter.com?
Drifter.com will gladly exchange regular priced items that were purchased by credit card and are in their original condition for another size. Sales items are NOT exchangeable. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Drifter will accept exchanges within 20 days for customers in the United States and 30 days for customers in any other countries. The package MUST be postmarked within 20 or 30 days of the original date of purchase or Drifter will refuse the exchange. Please send an e-mail to info@Drifter.com to confirm the availability of your desired size. We recommend you to insure your package for unpredictable damages and losses. As soon as your return is accepted, the desired size will be shipped out. The shipping will be charged on the credit card you used for your original purchase. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization we have the right to refuse the package.
*How will I know you received my order?
We have automatic e-mail confirmation sent to you as soon as your order has been received. However, due to database maintenance, this may be delayed. There will always be a manual confirmation from Drifter.com with your package’s tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail; there is a possibility that we have not received your order. *How can I track my order?
Each package from Drifter.com will be sent with a delivery confirmation number. You should have received a confirmation number after making a purchase (in about 48 hours). In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.
