Established in 2002, Drifter was conceived with one fundamental principle in mind: the perfect balance of function, comfort, and style. Here we respect an irrational attachment to that one thread-bare t-shirt from the 8th grade… you know, the one that you could never let go of because it’s so soft, fits so well, and just feels so comfortable.

We know this. We love this. We channel this into every one of our designs.

Each step in our garment-making process is geared to unite the opposing forces of form and function, creating a striking blend of sensory and tactile harmony. First, our designers take basic styles, tear them to shreds, and then paste them back together again, resulting in fresh designs that still maintain the comfort of a basic t-shirt. Lastly, we add our own unique sense of artistry and creativity to every piece that bears the Drifter name.
